| Terms and Booking Conditions
Bookings
To confirm your booking, we must receive a signed Booking Form together with the deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid in full at least eight weeks prior to the departure date, if it is not received by this date, then we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. If you decide to cancel your booking after having paid the total cost of your holiday, i.e. less than eight weeks prior to departure, there will be no refund. So please ensure that you have arranged your own holiday insurance.
The person making the booking does so on behalf of themselves and all the other persons named on the Booking Form. All guests must be aware of the terms and conditions of the booking.
What is included in the price
The price for the accommodation is based upon a weekly rental for a maximum of four persons and includes water, electricity, linen, personal bath towels, swimming & beach towels, cleaning, a change of linen and towels at the end of each week and property maintenance. Our property manager will introduce you to the B.CasaMi and assist you with any further information about the accommodation during your stay.
Insurance
Holiday insurance with cancellation cover is recomended when booking your holiday. Please note that no responsibility will be taken for any guest's possessions or for injury, illness or death however caused whilst you and your party are staying at B.CasaMi. In our opinion, the property is not suitable for toddlers or very young children; therefore, we will only accept children over the age of eight. The property may be unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Property Access
In order for B.CasaMi to be fully cleaned and serviced for your comfort and stay, access may only be gained after 14h00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10h30.
Breakages and Cleanliness
A security deposit of 200 Euros is required to be collected by our property manager on arrival. This deposit is held against any breakages, damage to the property or for failing to return the keys . It is returnable only after the property has been checked for no damage or breakages on the day of departure. This amount will be returned via bank transfer or PayPal once your account has been closed. Guests will be responsible for any damage or breakages to the property or its contents will be charged for accordingly. Any damage to any large objects should be reported to the property manager as soon as possible and paid for at the time. Please note that breakages should not be replaced. All items at the property are hotel ware & will be invoiced at replacement cost in order to maintain homogenous sets of tableware.
Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a strict policy of no smoking at all times in the house and no pets.
